I am writing under section 159(5) of the Consumer
Credit Act 1974.

I got my file <reference No> from the above agency, and
asked them to change an entry about <details of entry>.
Because they would not remove this entry from my file, I
sent the agency a notice of correction to add to my file
explaining the situation.  It is now more than 28 days
since I wrote and they have not yet told me whether or
not they have put the notice on my file.

I believe that if the notice of correction is not added
to my file it will not be clear why thi ssituation arose
and as a result I may be refused credit.
Please can you contact the agency and resolve the matter.
I enclose copies of all my correspondence relating to
this matter.
